Why is Site-Critique.com free to use?
We don't charge anyone to use our site because we want to encourage a community environment that focuses on people helping people, instead of having the attitude of "What can we get out of this?". And, quite frankly, we like to get stuff for free just as much as the next guy.

Who can become a member & use your site?
Our site is open to anyone that wants to join.

Member Businesses
Who can make a member business listing?
Any member that has a business can add their business information and have it appear in our Members Business Directory. All business listings will be approved before being displayed in our directory.

Can members contact each other about working together outside of this website?
Of course. One of our goals is for our members with web based business skills and members that need help in those areas to get together like any other businesses would. For example, if you need graphics made for your website, and there is a business in our directory that specializes in that area, we encourage both parties to contact each other about working together.

Who can I contact through my Private Message system?
You are free to contact any other member of the site, whether you want to welcome someone new or talk to one of our member business owners about about working together, or in any other way that is positive. We won't tolerate harassment or any other form of abuse with our PM system.

What can I put in my profile?
You can add your email address, a signature, even your photo if you like.

What is a signature?
Your signature is a short bit of information you can add that will be displayed beneath all of your forum posts. You can include links to websites, contact or other information.

What about profile images?
You are welcome to add an image into your profile. This can be an image of yourself, an avatar, or even a business logo. You can always remove any image you add, and replace it or leave it empty. If you don't want to use your own image, we will simply add a default image for you.

Website Critique Forums
Who will respond to my forum post when I request a critique?
When you request a website critique in our forums, it is really open to all of our site members that want to offer you their opinions and advice. Many members are experienced in design, SEO, marketing, graphics and other areas of websites, while some members may have less technical knowledge but can see your site from a different perspective.

Can I edit my forum posts?
Yes. If you realize that something in your post is inaccurate, or you've made a typo, or for any other reason, you can edit your post as long as you are logged into the site.
