I am not good at website design at all and I know my website needs alot of work but I am not too sure exactly what I could add to give it a better look. |

Report this post I think a somewhat comprehensive list of what you actually provide should be shown upfront. For example, your "Services" list could be more prominent, showing the departments and actual services provided with each one. More than anything, always try to state right away what the benefits are that your site visitors will receive from you and your company. A "Contact Us Today" type of call to action may give visitors a nudge to follow through and contact you. If people doing form work on their own can be time consuming and confusing, show them how you can save them time, hassles, money, etc. Most people can probably relate to the hassle of dealing with government agencies and related paperwork; use that to your advantage. |
