We have been providing internet marketing solutions for several years and have recently rebranded ourselves and relaunched as TwoKad. This is our new site. We appreciate your critical appraisal, we need to make this site as good as it can be. However, being so involved in the design and creation of TwoKad means it's difficult for us to be fully objective. What can we do to make our site more user friendly? Easier to get around? Is our information accurately placed? Is our copy easy to read? Would your questions be answered by our site? Thank you very much for your time, we greatly appreciate it. Lara and Cesar at TwoKad |

Report this post To be honest, when first getting to your site, I have no clue what you do, what you want me to know, or what you offer me. A few links and images, as I'm seeing them anyway, don't invite me to look much farther to figure out your purpose; that should be immediately obvious to the site visitor. Mousing over the images don't tell me much more. So, upfront and at first glance, I've lost interest. You need to give some type of information right away letting the visitor know why they're here and why it's beneficial for them to be here. Under the "surf it" section, many of the images really give no indication of what they represent. What is the visitor looking at? What is the message they should be getting from seeing these? Other than a short title and link under them, there is really nothing to explain what is going on within the page, what the overall idea of showing these is. Basically, I didn't feel like I was led through the site in an efficient way. Part of the reason is the frameset usage. For example, if I scroll down the "system" page to the bottom, then click "blog" on the left, I end up at the resulting page, at the bottom of the page ( this is in Firefox, anyway ). I think you need to create a menu system then takes the user to an explanation page for each link, then to a corresponding "sample" page, with content making it easy to understand what exactly the module does, how it will benefit the viewer, and show the examples of the module in action. As is, to me anyway, it is not easy to follow or understand. |

Report this post 2 other items I forgot to mention. 1) Unique page titles for SEO would be helpful. 2) The links under "surf it" take forever to open. |

Report this post Hi, yes we are aware of both of those issues. We have on our long list of work to do to add unique page titles and also to add thumbnails to the surf it pages so they don't take too long to load. Thanks again for your critique, and we'll let you know when we've fixed these issues :-) |

Report this post Hi, We have made a bunch of changes to www.twokad.com We have tried to make it very obvious what services we are offering using text and visual diagrams from the first page. We have fixed the slow uploading of the sample pages under surf it by making the images smaller thumbnails and creating links to live pages for some We have fixed the page loading issue so new pages load at the top We have added page titles for seo We have added a video to the what we do page to make our services offered clearer and more obvious We have left the navigation menu on the left hand bar pretty much the same Please let us know what you think, have we addressed your concerns well enough? Thank you very much, Lara and Cesar |
